Life of Trees
No matter where I travel I’m always struck by the nature of trees. They have a fragility yet are incredibly stoic.
In this series I’ve experimented with restricted colour palettes and played with using plaster on board as a base medium. Hawthorn from the Mendips. And my favourite tree… the umbrella pine from the Algarve.
